My Story
Since I was a child, I’ve been drawn to the mysteries of spirituality and philosophy. Growing up in a deeply religious environment shaped the foundation of my life. Though I no longer consider myself religious, I’ve come to see how those early lessons formed a bridge to the work I do now. As a teenager, I began teaching children about spirituality, stepping into a role as a young spiritual leader.
This passion only deepened as I grew older, eventually leading me to guide adults in their journeys of self-discovery.
Life, however, isn’t always straightforward. My path took me through battles with depression and anxiety, challenges that reshaped my understanding of myself and the world.. Those struggles became my greatest teachers, leading me to a deeper connection with self-love, inner healing, and a greater understanding of what it means to be whole.
In 2012, I stepped away from religion and opened my heart to a broader, more expansive view of God. What followed were profound spiritual experiences that shattered old limitations and revealed a boundless perspective of life and divinity.
Parallel to this, I pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and later a Master of Science from the University of Montreal. Since 2009, I worked as a dietitian in Canada, focusing on helping people transform their eating habits. Yet, I noticed something deeper: no matter how much I taught about healthy eating, many of my clients struggled to change. It wasn’t about the food; it was about the wounds they carried within. This realization was a turning point. I knew I needed to shift my focus to inner healing—the true source of lasting transformation.

So, I took a leap of faith. I left behind my conventional nutrition practice and stepped fully into the work I was called to do: helping people heal from the inside out. Drawing on my lifetime of spiritual exploration, I trained as a life coach and specialized in neurolinguistic programming (NLP), hypnosis, and family systems healing. My work centers on healing the inner child, an approach that has created profound transformations for my clients.

Sound healing became an integral part of my journey. It felt like a gift—something my intuition naturally led me to. When I discovered others practiced it too, I knew I had to dive in and refine this innate skill. Today, sound healing is at the heart of my practice, helping clients release old pain and reconnect with their true selves.

This path isn’t just my profession; it’s my life. Every step I take with my clients mirrors the healing I’ve done within myself. I’m here to guide others toward the peace, self-love, and connection that have profoundly changed my own life. Together, we create a space where transformation is not only possible—it becomes inevitable.
